Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This policy and the use of this Site are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction to settle disputes. If a dispute arises under this Policy I agree to first try to resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in the United Kingdom. Any costs and fees other than attorney fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each of us.
If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration at The London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.

No Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms (or the rights and licenses granted under them). For example, if you registered an account as an employee of a company, your account cannot be transferred to another employee. I may assign these Terms (or the rights and licenses granted under them) to another company or person without restriction. Nothing in these Terms confers any right, benefit, or remedy on any third-party person or entity. You agree that your account is non-transferable and that all rights to your account and other rights under these Terms terminate upon your death.
Jurisdiction-Specific Rules
Vanessa Busek resides in the United Kingdom, and in order to provide the Services to you, I must transfer your data to the United Kingdom and process it there. By visiting or using my Services, you consent to storage of your data on servers located in the United Kingdom. If you are using the Services from outside the United Kingdom, you consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your data in and to the United Kingdom or other countries. Specifically, personal data collected in Switzerland and the European Economic Area (“EEA”) is transferred and stored outside those areas.
